How do I submit a bid?

Each open bid has a “Submit Bid” form on its project page. Upload your proposal PDF and contact info.

How will I know if my bid was selected?

The Village contacts the awarded bidder directly. Each project page updates to “Awarded” once Council votes.

When are bids reviewed?

After the bid closing date. Council reviews and votes to award at a regular meeting.

Where can I see past projects and awards?

The Bids page filters by status: Open, Closed, and Awarded.
