Online Bill Pay FAQs

What does this bill cover?

Your bi-monthly village bill covers water, sewer, and refuse together. Electric and natural gas are billed separately by your supplier (Dynegy or IGS).

Where do I find my account number?

It is printed on the top of your paper bill, or in the subject line of your email bill. If you cannot find it, call the Village Office at (937) 676-3321.

Why is there a service fee?

The 3% fee is charged by the payment processor (Converge), not the village. To avoid it, you can pay by check, cash, money order at the office or drop box, or set up ACH autopay.

When is my bill due?

Bills are due on the 20th of the billing month. Payments after the 20th get a 20% penalty. After 14 days late, service can be disconnected with a $50 reconnect fee.

Can I set up automatic payments instead?

Yes. Sign the ACH Agreement and your bill will be drafted from your bank account on the 15th of every billing month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov). No 3% fee.

Who do I call with billing questions?

Call the Village Office at (937) 676-3321, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to noon.
