Welcome New Council Members
The Village welcomed three new Council members: Crystal Stoner (term to 12/27), Tony Midlam (term to 12/25), and Paul King (term to 12/25). The Council thanked them for their dedication to serving the community.
Fire Hydrant Flushing
Hydrant flushing is scheduled July 2 through 11. Residents may experience temporary water discoloration during this period.
Drinking Water Consumer Confidence Report
The Village Drinking Water Consumer Confidence Report is available at the Village Office, posted around the Village, and on the Village website.
Peace Poles at Monument Park
Newton High School art students installed hand-painted Peace Poles in Monument Park (the library parking lot). The project spreads a message of global unity, kindness, and peace, and the poles will double as banner holders for Village events throughout the year.
Office Hours Update
Village Office hours updated to Monday and Friday 8 am to 12 pm, and Tuesday through Thursday 6 to 10 pm.
