How Billing Works
Bills are mailed out on the 1st of each billing month and due on the 20th of the same month. If unpaid within 14 days, service is disconnected. To reconnect, the bill must be paid in full plus a 20% late fee and a $50 reconnect fee.

Bills are mailed: January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, November 1. Due: 20th of each billing month.

2. Email Bill
Bill and color newsletter delivered by email. Pay online (3% credit card fee), in person, by mail, or drop box. Less paper, faster delivery.
3. Paper Bill (USPS)
Bill and black-and-white newsletter mailed. Same payment options as email.

Water (Ordinance 1130, effective 1/1/2023)
- 0 to 2,000 gallons: $21.00 minimum
- Over 2,000 gallons: $4.30 per 1,000 gallons
- Capital Improvement: $15.00 per billing
Sewer (Ordinance 1134)
- 0 to 2,000 gallons: $26.00 minimum
- Over 2,000 gallons: $4.10 per 1,000 gallons
- Sewer line, plant, and capital improvement: $22.00 per billing
Refuse (Ordinance 1168)
Five-year contract, January 2026 through December 2030:
- 2026: $20.72/month, $41.44 bimonthly
- 2027: $21.35/month, $42.70 bimonthly
- 2028: $21.99/month, $43.98 bimonthly
- 2029: $22.64/month, $46.28 bimonthly
- 2030: $23.32/month, $46.64 bimonthly
Late Fees and Disconnect
- Late fee: 20% of unpaid balance
