Bi-Monthly Billing Schedule
Bills go out in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Payment is due by the 20th of the billing month. After 14 days late, service can be disconnected.

$15.00 flat charge per bill.
Capital Improvement Sewer
$22.00 flat charge per bill.
Refuse Fee
$41.44 per bill. Provided by Reliable Waste Solutions.
Water Consumption
$21.00 minimum for 0 to 2,000 gallons. $4.30 per 1,000 gallons over.
Sewer Usage
$26.00 minimum for 0 to 2,000 gallons. $4.10 per 1,000 gallons over.
Late Fees
Past 20th of the month: 20% penalty. After 14 days: $50 reconnect fee.
Refuse Pickup
Trash is picked up every Friday by Reliable Waste Solutions. Recycling is every other week. Set bins out the night before. Schedule a large item pickup at rwsohio.com or call (937) 418-7524.

ACH Autopay
Automatic withdrawal from your bank. The easiest option. Sign the agreement once and you are set.
Cash, Check, or Money Order
In person or drop box at 200 Walnut Street or the firehouse at 8 W High Street.

Pay through pleasanthillohio.com. Note: a 3% service fee applies.
