Online Bill Pay Down

We’re currently experiencing issues with our online credit card payment system, and payments are not going through.

We know this is unfortunate timing, but you can pay one of these ways instead:

• Call our office to pay over the phone – (937) 676-3321 / 8:00am-12:00pm
• Come in person to make your payment – 200 Walnut St. / 8:00am-12:00pm
• Drop a check or cash off into one of our drop box’s located at 200 Walnut St. or 8 W. High St.

Good news: Since bills are normally due 7/20, we’re waiving late penalties until 7/26 to give everyone time to pay another way while we sort this out.
