The Village of Pleasant Hill Board of Public Affairs met in regular session. Stan Fessler called the regular meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

- The items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine. Each item will be read individually in the record and the Consent Agenda will then be enacted by one motion and one roll call. There will be no separate discussion of these matters. If discussion by BPA is desired on any item, it will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence under the Regular Order of Business.
- Stan made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda as published.

- No shutoffs in January which was the first month after discontinuing red tags. One meter qualified for shut off but was in a duplex with only 1 service line. Property owner paid the bill to resolve. Discussion occurred what to do in the future if this happens. Do we force owners to put in separate lines or enforce the Ordinance that makes the owner the primary party responsible for paying and subsequently charging tenants? Denis will determine how many buildings fall in this category.
- County is requiring the Chouse to install a sprinkler system. Matt Gray has asked permission to tap a 4” line into the 8” main on Long St. Concerns would be impact on flow to school if the sprinkler would activate. Will request plans from Matt to determine next steps.
- Stan asked about the Digester project status. Denis stated that he solicited quotes for an engineering assessment of the sewer system and is waiting for Council to decide whether to proceed with the assessment or just proceed with a Digester only project.
