Fill out the online Utility Service Request and select “End Service” before your move-out date.

What if there isn’t enough money in my account when ACH drafts?

A $30 returned check fee will be added to your account.

When does ACH draft from my account?

On the 15th of each billing month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov).
