Everything must be inside the bins to be collected, except on the second Friday of each month, when large item pickup is offered. Schedule any large pickup by Friday using the rwsohio.com website above.

Set bins out Thursday evening so they are not missed, and bring them back in Friday evening. Please help keep our community clean and safe.

Parks & Community Life

The Village is proud of its parks, historic monument, and community events. Watch for announcements about seasonal festivals, gatherings, and local activities.

Village Government

Village Council meets every 2nd Tuesday and holds workshops every 4th Thursday. Meetings are open to the public and held at the fieldhouse behind Newton School (accessed by Locust Street). Meeting dates and agendas are posted in advance. We encourage residents to attend, share ideas, and stay involved.

Communication

Official Village information is posted at pleasanthillohio.com and on the Village Facebook page. Local social news is shared on the Pleasant Hill Events Facebook page.

The Village distributes a bimonthly newsletter with utility bills. There is also a bulletin board in the Library parking lot and an LED sign at the firehouse with up-to-date happenings.
