Village of Pleasant Hill Utility Service Application
The Village of Pleasant Hill delivers Utility Statements to each resident by email on a bi-monthly basis with the first billing of the year on January 1st.
(January, March, May, July, September, November)
Each utility bill consists of: a Capital Improvement Water charge of $15.00, a Capital Improvement Sewer charge of $22.00, a Refuse fee of $48.28, a Water Consumption fee of $21.00 minimum for 0 to 2,000 gallons and over 2,000 gallons $4.30 per 1,000 gallons and a Sewer Usage fee of $26.00 minimum for 0 to 2,000 gallons and over 2,000 gallons $4.10 per 1,000 gallons.
Rumpke is the Village refuse supplier. Weekly refuse pickup is Friday. Please set refuse out the night before. Recycle is picked up every other week. Please check our website for the schedule as to when yours will be picked up. To schedule a large item pick up, please call, 1-800-223-3960.
Utility payments are due on the 20th of each billing month. Outstanding balances not paid by the 20th of the respective month are subject to a 20% penalty. Services will be disconnected if utility bills are not paid within seven (7) calendar days after the due date. Upon default, a fifty dollar ($50.00) administrative fee will be charged to reinstate service. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, ACH (signed agreement) or credit card in the Village Office or on the Village website at www.pleasanthillohio.com.
