Board of Public Affairs

The Board of Public Affairs (BPA) is responsible for the management of water and sewer public utility operations. The Board of Public Affairs has no authority to expend utility revenues except pursuant to a valid appropriation act of Village Council. 

The BPA manages and oversees the Village water systems. They insure the supply of water, collect all water usage fees and appoint officers, employees and agents, as necessary. The BPA oversees the Village sanitary sewer system, while making recommendations of any increases in sewage fees to the Village Council.
